Cingular To Get Treo 680 In Colors

Palm has updated their online store and will start offering Cingular Treo 680 smartphones in a choice of colors.

Starting tomorrow, customers who order a Palm Treo 680 with Cingular service will now have the option to choose from four colors: graphite, arctic white, copper or crimson red. On the flip side, the unlocked Treo 680 is only available in graphite.

A footnote on the Treo 680 product page reflects this change. “Effective February 15, Palm will begin selling Cingular-branded Treo 680 models in crimson, arctic and copper colors. Previously, those colored models were available only in unlocked versions from Palm. The unlocked Treo 680 graphite version will continue to be sold in the United States.”
