Hi all! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about this one...

I have a Cingular Treo 650 and my husband has a T-Mobile Blackberry (the small, more cell-phone-like model).

He seems to be having a consistent problem hearing me both locally and when I'm travelling, although I can hear him okay.

I don't seem to have a problem with this when I'm talking to other folks.

My previous phone was a Nokia and we had no problems.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what the problem might be? And/or any suggestions for addressing this problem? (I haven't yet called Cingular or Palm thinking that I'm most likely going to get just a shrug.)
