Mine did that a couple weeks ago while I was in the middle of a 6 hour drive to go visit some friends. I had to do a hard reset (power on the device while holding the END [red button] key, or in this case, hold the END key while you're hitting the reset button until the reset screen comes on) and was really angry because I lost all my contacts and I was in the middle of a road trip! I had no way to call the people I was coming to visit! |
