I just got my Treo 300 and a Sprint account, and I love it so far. I have been using Blazer for web access, and it works ok for the most part, but I would like to try other browsers. One thing I specifically want to do is an eBay search of completed items, so I can reference average selling prices of various merchandise. Blazer won't show completed item prices, so I downloaded Eudoraweb and XIINO. Eudoraweb works great - seems fast because it's text only, and it shows the prices, but the eBay page is close to 30k BEFORE it gets much of the info I want. It looks like that is the page size limit in the program itself(at least I couldn't find anywhere to change it - except for changing the cache size which doesn't seem to help). I can't get XIINO to work at all, though. I have tried a few different URL's but the program goes from "connecting..." to "receiving..." where it just hangs. I've tried logging off wireless mode to see if that helps, and it goes through log on ok, but nothing helps. Any suggestions? |
