Good customer service... FINALLY!!! Had a little problem with the ol' bill today. I have MediaNet Unlimited, but ALL of data usage was showing up under the overages column. I tried to wait it out, but it just stayed there.
I was afraid to do it, but I called customer service. I didn't want to, but I did.
THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!
I usually read people stating negative things about Cingular's customer service, and I love to join in. Mainly, because its true. But since I had a really excellent experience, I felt obligated to share.
His name was Jay and he was extremely helpful. Found the problem quickly, and fixed it just as fast. He even started to look at my usage to make sure that I had the best plan possible. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't stay on the line any longer.
There you go. Who would've believed it?
