I don't think it's the whole package when it comes to web surfing. I don't think any of the browsers support flash. The beauty of the 300 is that it does everything well. It's a phone, a PDA, a mobile device that allows for email checking and web browsing. That in itself justifies the price (IMHO). Plus, if you're in the market for a phone, with all the discounts through Amazon, you get a color PDA for $249. That's pretty awesome when you consider the price of color PDA's. The Treo 90, for instance will set you back $299 without all the communicator features. So, to recap, it's a great all in one device...but not the be all end all when it comes to phone/web. Just great to carry one device. It's a swiss army knife of sorts. ;D
