Couple of thoughts...
- On your Exchange Server, can you connect to https://server.domain.com/oma ?
- Did you download/install the certificate from your Exchange Server to your Treo?
- Are you getting any errors on your Treo?
Overall, if your Exchange Server is setup, my experience IS that the Treo will work perfectly out of the box. My guess is that there's some disconnect on Exchange. I'm happy to go through a Q & A here to help you through it, and to document it in the forum.
