Here's how to set up a Favorite with the extra digits, pauses and more.

1. Press Phone (Treo 600) or Phone/Send (Treo 650).
2. Use the 5-way navigation control to access the Favorites screen. On a Treo 650, press Down until the screen fills with Favorites.
3. Choose a blank button, and press Center. If the page is full, keep pressing Right to scroll to the next page of Favorites. There are 5 total pages of Favorites.
4. From the Types pick list at the top of the screen, choose Speed Dial.
5. Enter the Favorite:
   • Existing contact: Choose Lookup. Start typing the last name of the contact as it's stored in your Contacts list. Choose Add.
   • New number: Type a Label for the contact, then press Down and enter the number.
6. (Optional) Enter a Quick Key. When you are in the Phone application, you can press and hold the Quick Key to instantly dial the number.
7. Choose the More button.
8. In the space for Extra Digits, enter the sequence of numbers to navigate through the menus and passcodes. Enter a comma (,) for each one-sencond pause you want.
9. (Optional) Check the box for Dial Extra Digits Automatically. When the call is picked up on the other end, your Treo will immediately begin dialing the extra digits. Otherwise, you can choose the Extra Digits button manually when it appears on the screen (after the call has connected).
10. Choose OK.
11. Choose OK again.
