I can second that vote for the comfort of the Scala 500. I got one with my Treo (eBay purchase). I'd still be using it if not for the blue light blinking. With my job, if I wear my headset at night, I can't have something lit up. Aside from that, the pairing went fine, picking up of calls was quick and sound quality was pretty good.
Went to the HBH-662 for my current headset.
