The iDEN network was to be absolved last I heard with the band being opened to all mobile operators and most wanting only to use it for PTT purposes, piggy backing on their voice connections.
To date, no Nextel Treo has been rumored or announced. I would not expect anything PTT Treo until Fall at earliest though. Possibly newer Treos would be able to do it moreso that our 650s. |
