Agreed. Phone is great, PDA is great, but Sprint apparently rolled out the data network before it was ready. After 2.5 weeks and 10 or so phone calls to Sprint tech support, I still can't connect to their data network.

The worst part is that every call to Sprint takes about 45 minutes, during which you have to provide your phone number, name, and account password at least twice, and wait in two different service queues while listening to the same forcefed marketing messages from Sprint over and over again. The marketing messages tell you how great the web site is, but the only way to interact with tech support is by calling them.
