Mine is unobtrusive when my Treo is on, except for the small scuff I mentioned. It's definitely noticeable when the Treo is off, mainly fingerprint smudges from tapping the screen. I should point out that I just have the screen protector, as they hadn't come out with the full-body product for the 650 yet when I bought mine.
