Kind of a dumb question, but I'm going to switch to a treo 650 by buying one off ebay
currently a cingular customer with an existing media net data plan

two questions:
1) If I want to use IM, I need to get a media works plan correct?

2) What do I need to do to switch from my current phone to the Treo650? Just switch SIM cards or do I actually need to call Cingular and give them ESN info.
