No, I've done a few soft resets since then and all has been well. It happened only on the initial soft reset. IMO, after 4 days of serious tweaking (my kind i.e. no hacks) the 700p is much more stable than the T650.

Anything specific that might have been causing the problem? My Verizon 700p has been working great, despite me launching a Treo 600 firmware updater last night
