Note Pad? Shortcuts? Voice Commands? Hey everyone,
I am in independent sales rep. and I work out of my car all day. I currently use A Tungsten E, a camera and a cell phone for my job. I was really excited about geting a 700P so I could integrate everthing on one device, not to mention a bluetooth headset. So I go to the Verizon store and start looking at the 700p. However, I notice there are three issues with this device. 1) My Tungsten has an application called "Note Pad", which is great for jotting down a had written note without any typing. Really great if you are driving and have to write something down quickly. 2) Under "Preferences" on my Tungsten, there is an option called "shortcuts". You use the shortcut symbol, type in a couple of leters, and it spell the whole phrase out for you. This is great if you are always using repitive entries, for example customer names. 3) I couldn't believe this one. There are no voice commands on the 700P. My inexpensive motorola phone which I bought 3 years ago even has voice commands. It's the best safety feature a phone can have since everone is dialing when they're diving anyway. Who wants to have to scroll through their phone book when they are in traffic.
So, my question is, are there any solutions for these three problems?
Thanks,
