Hello JRTeK,

This is Kevin from Palm. Are you asking about the Treo 700p? Generally speaking, the 700p does support 4 GB cards. However, this size card is fairly new and Palm cannot guarantee that it is compatible with all 4GB sd cards on the market. That said, lots of folks are running 4GB cards on the 700p and I'd recommend running a search here at ET on which manufacturers' cards are being used successfully. Hope that helps.
