reply to your questions Thank you for asking. I can see the HotSync screen on my phone that says it is " connecting with my desktop using cradle/cable". There is no sound of connection and eventually the message pops up: "the connection btwn your handheld & desktp could not be established. Pl check your settings..." I have not tried a hard set because all my data is in my phone and I have no back-up since March. Linda. |
