E-mail "push" suddenly died Anyone have any advice?
I've been using Chatter E-mail (great product! great support!), and it's been working perfectly for months. Suddenly last week, I can't get my Exchange Server e-mail to "push" to my phone. (I can manually sync with no difficulty.)
It seems to be a phone/network problem, not an Exchange server issue. (Chatter support can't seem to "ping" my IP address, so I may not be getting "UDP" packets or something like that.)
Verizon tech, of course, has no suggestions; won't investigate anything other than to confirm I have a working internet connection, which I do. But it doesn't seem to be a problem with the application. I've tried different port settings, to no avail.
I've got no one to ask. Anyone?
