Default Should I replace Treo 600 with new 700p?

My Treo 600 is a GPS/GPR (?) version. T-Mobile is my provider, chose for its $19.95 a month unlimited internet access, which I use heavily. I had a Palm 500 before that. I am adamant about using only Palm OS. I see the 700p has Documents to Go with PDF/Word, which I've also used alot in the 600. I am now a speed junkie and the idea of having almost DSL like speed has me wondering about buying a 700 something. So far, my extra investment in the 600 has been for a hard case, backup card, 1Gig card, and Documents to Go. The 600 anytime minutes from T-Mobile is $39.95 with weekends free, so my monthly bill is $60 w/o tax. I bought the GPS version, because I thought it would be simple/cheap to use overseas, which I found out it wasn't (or did I miss something??).

My questions are: Would I be able to still use all the extra investment items and keep T-Mobile if I bought a 700P? How much extra speed would I pick up?? How would I be able to use the phone/internet service overseas?

I read most of the review on the 700P. Sounds great, but is it for me? Or is there another Treo I should look at?

Thank you for your assistence.
