Welcome to ET. I've never had a 600, but I'd suggest using a file manager, like the free
FileZ, to find your message database. It might be called SMS_database or Messages_database, or something similar. Once you've found it, I'd copy it to the sync folder you create when you get your 650. After a sync, it should be on your 650. I'm not sure if the messaging app on the 600 is compatible with the 650's, but if it is, this should work.
