That really sucks. I finally filed a complaint with BBB and the next day I got a call from Sprint asking why I filed the complaint. I told them that literally 25+ phone calls over a 3 month period to get my $380 back that was clearly stated as a credit on my monthly statement showed.So thanks to BBB, I finally got my refund check from Sprint. I am still furious about the way Sprint treated me. I moved all of my companies lines over to Cingular now and I'll tell you that Cingular is so much better. I'm not saying the coverage and reception is great, but at least you can actually get something done when you call customer service.Just to refresh what happened to me. I cancelled my line before the 15 day "risk free" period was over because I had no service at my house and office with Sprint. after that, I could not get through the automated phone system due to not having an active account. And it was literally impossible to get a live person on the phone. Each time i did get through to a person, they would transfer me back to the automated system that again kept hanging up on me because I didn't have an active account. Sprint is one messed up company.
