I believe so. I am using it to download corporate email off a POP account. As soon as I delete on the handheld, it deletes on the server. There are mail applications out there which offer much needed functionality over the standard pocket Outlook mail client. FlexMail 2007 by WesIS (Pocket Informant folks at
http://www.pocketinformant.com/ offers some nice features.
One feature I miss is the auto BCC option I had with SnapperMail for my T650 and my BB account. FlexMail does provide that feature.
