Getting either of my computers to read this card was impossible. This is a San Disk 2 gig card approximately 5 months old . . . I am now convinced that this card has gone bad. I know its rare, but it certainly has happened to me! Luckily for me, I have a few smaller cards laying around so it wasn't like I lost anything I did from a card, which is almost everything by the way . . . However, if I had been away from home, I would have not had access to hardly anything other than the phone itself . . . Removing the card didn't give me any acknowledge sound! And sticking it back in wouldn't guarantee that it would read it. And if it did, it usually would disconnect within 10 minutes . . . Sometimes it would reconnect on its own, but most of the time, it wouldn't. I thought documenting the symptoms might be worth it here on this forum. By the way, this particular card either came from BestBuy or Circuit City, I don't remember. It was not a card purchased on Ebay or over the net period. . . |
i got a little confusr, is the sd card is mini sd card or just like the one you use with any laptop.. because im goimg to buy a 700 treo wx, and a sd card 4 gb, and i want to be sure if is mini or just sd,, thank you
