No need to be hostile. The 650 is very similar to the 680 but the ekey does not work you need to ask him again or better yet go see it to believe it. I bought the 680 and downloaded the software and the phone kept shutting off. I called support and it was verified that the phone is not compatibile. Again, Mr. Wizard..go to that link and you will not see the Treo 680 as being compatible. Better yet.. Call 1-877-699-6787 select option 3, then option 1 and then option 8. You will be directed to a live person at the Supra Office "you ask the question." It might work in other states..its possible..but in Ga.. IT DOES NOT!
