Opinions needed!

Does anyone have a recommendation on what kind of bluetooth headset to buy if I wear in-the-ear (ITE) hearing aids? I cannot use a headset that has anything that is inserted into the ear as I have to wear the headset while wearing my hearing aids.

I have looked all over and there are headsets that do not have anything that inserts into the ear canal, but most online outlets don't have enough pictures to adequately judge if there is something that protrudes into the ear canal...know wadda mean??
