Does anyone know how I can do prepaid for $0.10 a minute with no monthly access/service fee and still be able to surf the web with a Treo?

If not, I'll have to go with a Sidekick 3 because I need to be able to web surf from where ever I am.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
With the SK3 you're going to need a data plan as well. It's a specific SideKick Data Plan for $20/month. That is if you're going to use web access/email.
