I have the same problem and verizon and palm could not fix. Apple could not help and have asked their technical staff to work on the problem off-line and contact me within five days. The issue concerns the lack of sync for calendar and contacts. I have gone through all the steps designed to fix with no solution. It appears the verizon web methodology interfers with the isync software.
