U are correct, i received the phone from my uncle who switchedfrom cingular to sprint. he couldnt use the phone so he sold it to me. It worked fine for several days then this problem started up. Im not familiar with soft/hard resets. ill look up and find out how to do a hard reset nd try that. The phone does not have insurance so im not sure if i can get a replacement or not, ill look more into that.

Sounds like there is a hardware failure and you need to return it and get a replacement. Have you tried doing a hard reset? |
