Default Malfunctioning Product/Poor Customer Support

I purchased my Seidio Inno-dock sync cradle through Everything Treo a couple of weeks ago. It works fine as a charger and as a stand for my Treo 650, but the audio port doesn't work right. Any time I try to play anything with my Pocket Tunes program, it either doesn't come out at all through the speakers I have plugged in, or it starts out OK, and then after less than 2 minutes, shifts back over to the Treo's own speaker. I've called Seidio and sent e-mails to their customer support address to no avail. All I get back is an automatically generated message saying they received my e-mail, and then nothing. Everything goes down a black hole. The reason I bought this product was to use it to play music while at work, and also keep my Treo neat and upright, and charged all at the same time. But without a working audio output, and no customer support, I might as well have just continued using the sync cradle which came with my Treo.:mad:
