I am pulling the antenna out - I sure wish all phones had a longer antenna. But, the difference between full bars and only 2 on the palm seems more then just pulling the antenna out.
I talked to Verizon customer service and they told me they would send me a replacement. I will get it setup and try the new one. If it has the same issue I will get a different flip phone and just use my separate palm zire device. |
