Default OT: Sony PSP

Being a gadget freak, I finally caved in last week and purchased the Sony PSP. While the games are nice, it was the full package that drove me to buy it. The PSP has wifi built-in and that alone is pretty cool. I easily connected to my network at home and already downloaded a software update. The process was painless. It downloads to the Memory Stick and asks if you'd like to run the update. I'm more excited about next weeks release of a PSP Web Browser. I'll be able to take my PSP anywhere in the house and browse the web at broadband speeds. Two things I'd love to see in new Treo's - wifi and the ability for smooth upgrades. The unit itself is real slick looking -- widescreen is amazing -- movies look great (although availability is minimal). I think it's only a matter of time before we'll see downloadable movies. If I'm correct (and I'm new to the PSP), I think you can already download new levels for games, etc. All in all, it's a device that I'm going to have a lot of fun with..

iPod, iPod Shuffle, Treo 650 and now a PSP -- so many gadgets, so little time.
