The problem is exactly what would happen if I did hit the mute button accidentally, but I have the touchscreen disabled and I am certain that this is not the case. I am also in an area with excellent Verizon tower coverage and find it almost impossible that the towers have anything to do with the problem. In my opinion, it is definately a device issue. |
