Have you deleted the Temp_delete leaving you with 1 Palm User ID? I'd get Missing Sync set up with your main user ID and delete the others. Then turn off everything but iSync conduit. Do a hard reset and your Treo and try again. Basically, get your mac in order --- get your Treo to it's default state and you'll basically be overwriting the Treo with the desktop.
By the way, I didn't realize there was a revert option in address book. You learn something every day.
I forgot the first step. Remove the Treo from the toilet.
