you would think that carriers would hire people to do customer service wotk that would be willing to try to help people calm them down,listen and be knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot and solve problem instead or hiring people who seem not to give twit about serving the customer and retaining their business. What a novel concept? What was I thinking?
