Sure. Basically, your clip needs more computational power than your Treo is able to muster. Once you fix this, you'll be able to watch even feature-length content on your Treo with no problem (battery life notwithstanding, of course).

Kinoma Producer has presets that make this easy, and I can help you come up with settings that work in whatever you're using to encode your video. Can you describe your video/audio encoding settings?
