PalmInternals, MobileClock, Datebook6 and a few other applications have options to show active alarms and subsequent processes.

Applications that show data usage though, not that I am aware of. That in itself is not too difficult to determine, as there are not that many applications that utilize the data system.

There is an application that does track data usage for GSM devices, though I do not remember it off hand.
