It MAY be possible if you are willing to sign in, wait two hours for your name to be called and actually believe what you are being told. As far as the rest of the answers in this thread, you are getting some good and correct info. Sprint has treated me extremely well with the exception of out of the norm requests. In my opinion, Sprint surpasses any wireless customer service available.
ME: A former AT&T Legacy customer of 15 years who switched shortly after their purchase by Cingular due to an overnight change in their attitude toward customers and extreme rudeness. Now that Cingular has been purchased by AT&T, I have heard that nothing has changed in this area.
