So I've been having an issue for a bit where my Treo won't make a data connection if I don't use it for a bit. Palm released a serial update a while back that was supposed to correct the issue, but it caused resets and other fun (more info
here).
I went into the local Sprint store tonight, and the sales rep spent about 1 1/2 hours on the phone with tech support. After all this, I was told I needed to go to a Sprint store with a repair center for a full diagnostic. Unfortunately, the nearest such Sprint store is over an hour away.
I'm now considering my options: waste half a day this weekend to get the diagnostic done, use my TEP plan, or talk to Retentions and see if they're willing to do anything for me.
Any suggestions?
