I'm a bit annoyed that Sprint thinks it is acceptable for me to drive over an hour each way to (most likely) have them replace it anyway. A replacement 650 would be nice, but I understand they're scarce. Assurion seems to have most of them.

I've had it happen on trips as well as in my home area. The tech last night seemed to think it was hardware.
