Yeah, even after tinkering with it some more, I have had no luck. I think I am going to change my plan yet again LOL. I even called customer service with the issue and the lady I spoke to said I was able to get it, but after troubleshooting for a while we had no resolution. It's a cool feature, but too bad it isn't compatible with my treo...I wish the people at sprint were a little more knowledgeable about the products and plans that they sell. |
