I had this problem too. If you click the "I" (i guess it stands for information) in the top right of the phone lock screen it will tell you that the default passcode is the last 4 digits of your phone number. Then you will be prompted to change the passcode. If you continue to have this issue and you bought your phone new i would suggest that you go to the sprint store and swap your phone out. They may try to do a hard reset, but It probably won't work. I was in the store today and the tech's really didn't know what i was talking about and they just ended up swapping out phones, then activating a new phone for me. Since you're probably still under manufact warranty they'll swap it out for you too.

The resets, have been successful as far as i can tell....because I have no data/contacts and I have to go in and re-set my password in the security section. But this LOCK CODE is still asking me for the correct code? Is there a default password that treo uses or something? BTW, please excuse the n00bness.  |
