With any phone you get anymore, I'd suggest the insurance... They have gone up in price so much, unless you have a few hundie, that you can drop on a phone, when it takes a dump...
My only issue with the way sprint does it, is when you use the insurance, they want to send you a phone, rather than give you one on the spot... I've run into two issues where I've had to replace a phone, each of them within the 3 week grace period, the first was a Moto Q, after 3 weeks... And again, when I upgraded to a "true smartphone, the Treo 755" Both within 3 weeks. I had nearly jump through hoops, when I got the Treo replaced, so I am crossing my fingers at this point that it remains working... I'm tired of driving down the freeway, and looking off at the exits to see if there is a Sprint store, I can get into.
