Well, I ended up bringing it in to Verizon, and the tech said that is was a software failure...and they gave me a new 700p. I only had the original one for two months...so it was still under warranty, although I do have the insurance on it as well.
So all in all not a big pain, but I had to reinstall versamail and get everything sync'd up again (so lost about an hour plus of the day...but football was on so I was just sitting here anyway) |
