Ben is right on with filez you can move files back and forth between card and treo.
The programs will need to be compatable with your treo to work. I believe you copy the program to your launcher folder on your card to get the treo to see it. | Ben, you're right, the installed programs need to be in the Card/Palm/Launcher folder for there to be an icon on the Palm so you can open it. I have hotsynced programs into my card on the treo and then when you click on it, on the card, it opens and installs it, on the card. But some like Google Maps, need to be installed in the main memory and launched, then you move the installed program over to the card. Strange but true.........
