The only upgrade I am aware of specifically for the 700P is that available through your carrier - a ROM upgrade. As for actual upgrades from the 700P, the next in line is currently the 755 & Centro - though not actually touted as upgrades. Both devices run the same operating system; however, due to small changes in design and some internals, both might be considered upgrades.

My wife went from a 650 (hated it) to a Centro and is very pleased with it. I have a 700P and through a bit of effort it has become a very solid device.
