I have worked out a solution. I normally sync with my laptop. But my outlook is on my desktop computer. I ended up putting the Palm Desktop on the desktop computer and have it sync with Outlook. I turned off all the conduits but the tasks with outlook.

To get my tasks, I have to hotsync with the desktop computer, but everything else is with the laptop.
