I have found the sprint (sure others suck as well) tech guys to be worthless. I have found better answers using Google, plus it's a lot quicker as well.
Now for your problem i would hotsnyc and then replace the phone. Call today and sign up for Sprints phone service program which cost a few bucks a month. Wait a couple weeks and then take you broken phone in for service.
If you can not wait a couple weeks, call the local Sprint offices around you and ask if they have a refeb 700P in stock. If they have one they will sale it to you for about $60.00. |
