jfa, this program is not for editing the carrier text. It provides reminder alerts for missed calls/sms/email by blinking the LED various colors, playing audible reminders at preset intervals, and displaying on the screen.
(All this is functionality that should have been on the Treo to begin with.)
It just so happens that you can set it to use your carrier line for the display of missed stuff. When you have no pending notifications, you can also set your carrier line to display other useful info. For instance, if I have nothing pending, I have mine set to look something like this:
Sig=87% Bat=68% Mem=24MB
Very handy app. If you don't want to use your carrier line (some other programs may need to use it) you can also have it use it's own Today Screen plugin that looks basically the same. |
