I am not sure about the length of the time out and how long you would have to wait. Are you dealing with att? DFid you get back with them and tell them the hard reset did not work? You might need to take it back to factory defaults check that out in the user guide. Its kind of a super hard reset if you have everhting backed up once you sync all data should come back but you would need to reinstall programs |
