Here's an update. I looked through the scripts used by TreoAlert and found the reg key for the operator banner.
Use a regedit tool and change this key to the text of your choice:
HKLM\System\State\Phone\Current Operator Name
It will update the name, but I don't think it will stick following a reset.
If I ever get time to play in Visual Studio again, I might try to make a simple app to do quick edits on this key. |
